After shipping, you'll receive an AWB tracking number via email. You can track your package in real time directly from your account or via the link provided in the email.
Modify or cancel order
To modify or cancel an order, contact us at contact@dezshop.eu as soon as possible. Orders can be modified before shipping.
Courier delivery
- Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination
- Processing time: 1-2 business days
- Standard delivery: 3-5 business days across Europe
- Payment: online card payment (Visa, Mastercard)
Package inspection
You have the right to inspect the package before paying the courier. If the package is damaged, refuse it and contact us immediately.
