Our complete policy on returns, exchanges, and refunds
Return request
If your order is eligible for return, start the request from your account: My account > Orders > open the relevant order > Request return. Select the items and submit the request from there.
How to return
After the request is submitted, we'll send the return AWB and instructions by email to the address used for the order. The product may have been handled or test-fitted for verification, but it must be returned without additional damage, with dezShop labels, seals, or identification marks intact, and with the original packaging where available.
Product exchange
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, mention it in the return reason. We'll check replacement availability and reply by email.
Order cancellation
You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it has been shipped. Contact us by phone for immediate cancellation.
Wrong or missing products
If you received the wrong product or items are missing from your order, start the return request from your account as soon as possible. If you cannot access the order, contact us immediately and we'll prioritise the case.
Damaged packages
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, refuse it and contact us. Take photos of the damage before refusing.
Refund process
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned product is received and checked. The refund is issued to the original payment method.
Return rejection conditions
Returns will be rejected under the following conditions:
- Return request not initiated from the customer account
- Additional damage, painting, welding, broken seals, or missing identification marks
- Missing original labels or packaging
- Product returned after the 14-day period
